Quotidiano Nazionale published an interesting article on the European Union’s AI Act, the first legislation in the world to regulate Artificial Intelligence.
The regulation establishes a variety of transparency obligations and standards of behaviour for companies producing and using such systems.
According to our Founding Partner Andrea Puccio, the AI Act, while representing an incredible milestone in the regulation of Artificial Intelligence, fails to regulate aspects related to criminal liability, which is, therefore, the big exclusion from the EU measure.
