Andrea Puccio
Graduated cum laude in Law at the University ‘Luigi Bocconi’ of Milan, he is an Attorney at the Court of Milan. He is Founding & Managing Partner of Puccio Penalisti Associati.
Over the years, he has acquired significant experience in the white-collar crime area, in which he carries out judicial and advisory activities in favour of national and international clients. He has, in fact, taken part in significant criminal proceedings as defence counsel for Italian and multinational companies, as well as individuals. He also holds the position of Chairman and is member of several Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, both in Italy and abroad, of companies of strategic importance.
Both in 2024 and 2025, he was ranked in the Chambers and Partners Europe Guide in the White-Collar Crime category. Since 2022, he has been listed in the Global Guide of Who’s Who Legal (now Lexology Index) in the Business Crime Defence – Corporates sector and, since 2024, in the GIR Report (Global Investigations Review) as a “Thought Leader". He is also “Recommended” in the Global Guide in the Asset Recovery category and in the National Guide – Italy in the Business Crime Defence & Investigations sector.
