Teresa Aiossa
Graduated cum laude in Law at the University of Naples “Federico II”. Admitted to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Bar.
In 2023, she completed a postgraduate degree in ‘Corporate Criminal Law’ at the University of Milan “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore”.
She joins the Firm after a five-year experience in a leading boutique specialized in Corporate Criminal Law and corporate administrative liability for criminal offences under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
She acquired experience in the field of compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, handling the drafting and uploading of Organization, Management and Control Models and supporting the activities of Supervisory Bodies.
