Giulia Cagnazzo
Graduated in Law at the University of Milan “Luigi Bocconi”. Admitted to the Milan Bar.
She joined the Firm in 2018, after a five-year experience in an Italian primary Law Firm in Corporate Criminal Law, with a focus in the field of administrative corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, with reference to which she gained important experience both in judicial and non-judicial fields.
Coordinating 231 Team, she gives ongoing advice to national and international companies, drafting and implementing Organizational, Management and Control Models as well as participating, as a member, in Supervisory Boards.
She also provides judicial and non-judicial legal assistance in Economic and Corporate Criminal Law, with a focus on health and safety, medical malpractice and crimes against the public administration.
