Federico Moncada
Graduated with full marks from the University ‘Luigi Bocconi’ of Milan, he is lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association.
He joined the Firm in January 2023 after a previous experience in an International Law Firm specialized in commercial law.
He has acquired experience in providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to clients, in matters of tax fraud, corporate fraud and crimes related to corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
