Susanna Arcieri
She joins the firm in 2025, after more than 12 years of experience with a Milan-based law firm of national importance specialising in Environmental Criminal Law, Economic and Corporate Criminal Law, where she provided judicial and extrajudicial assistance to individuals, national and multinational companies.
Over the years, she has acquired solid experience in various areas of corporate criminal law, dealing in particular with proceedings on Environmental crimes, such as pollution and environmental damage, omitted remediation, and other offences provided for by the Consolidated Environmental Act, as well as the main forms of economic crime and white-collar crime, with specific attention to association, corporate and property crimes.
In parallel with her professional activity, from 2019 to 2024 she was Editor-in-Chief of the scientific-legal journal “Diritto Penale e Uomo” (DPU) – “Criminal Law and Human Condition”.
