Lefebvre Giuffrè's Quotidiano Più has published an article by our Founding Partner Andrea Puccio analysing the provisions introduced by the new State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025 and the updates proposed by the draft law on workplace safety.

These include: the obligation to provide immediate training prior to the commencement of employment; the introduction of digital tools to track training courses (electronic badges, Social Dossier, Siisl platform) and incentives for SMEs to integrate training, compliance, and a culture of prevention.

These measures are intended to strengthen the prevention system but, as also emphasized by the social partners, they must be coupled with continuous updates of protective equipment, the adoption of more effective technological solutions, stronger systems for delegating functions and company controls, and a review of public procurement rules.
