The Legal Liability of Company Directors – Giulia Raona and Federico Moncada as speakers at the conference organized by ISFOR Formazione Continua – Fondazione A.I.B.

Our Associates Giulia Raona and Federico Moncada took part as speakers in the conference entitled “The Legal Liability of Company Directors”, organized by ISFOR Formazione Continua – Fondazione A.I.B., the training body promoted by Confindustria Brescia.

During the event, the speakers examined the criminal risks connected to business activities, with a focus on directors’ liability in the management of financial crises and on the issue of delegation within corporate governing bodies. Particular attention was also devoted to criminal risk mitigation tools, as well as to the benefits arising from the adoption of adequate preventive and control measures.
