Supply Chain: Governance and Corporate Responsibility – Andrea Puccio moderates conference hosted by Bocconi Alumni Topic Legal
On March 5th, Bocconi Alumni Topic Legal hosted the conference "Supply Chain: Governance and Corporate Responsibility."
The roundtable discussion, moderated by our Founding Partner Andrea Puccio, provided an in-depth analysis of supply chain governance and the key liability risks, including criminal implications, that businesses face today. The session focused specifically on the role of corporate organization and compliance frameworks as vital tools for risk prevention and management.
Drawing on recent trends and the increased scrutiny from the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, the debate underscored a critical reality: it is no longer enough for companies to monitor internal operations. To stay resilient, businesses must implement robust compliance systems capable of proactively managing risks across the entire supply chain and throughout third-party relationships.
Our thanks go to Bocconi University and Bocconi Alumni for this opportunity, and to the speakers for a thought-provoking discussion that offered valuable insights for all attendees.
