Giulia Raona and Elena Prasedi's lecture for the “Lex Fellowship” Programme: Investigations and Defence in Criminal Law

On June 16th, we had the pleasure of contributing to the Lex Fellowship program by leading a session dedicated on criminal law.

The session, titled "INVESTIGATIONS AND DEFENSE: THE STRATEGIC ROLE OF THE CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYER", was presented by Giulia Raona and Elena Prasedi.

Starting from a detailed analysis of a recent criminal case, our lawyers guided the students through the key legal aspects of criminal defense strategy, highlighting the practical implications and the critical role played by defence counsel throughout investigations and trials. 

This was a highly enriching and formative experience for both students and professionals, which we hope to repeat in the near future.
