Andrea Puccio and Francesca Tomasello at the course promoted by Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna
On October 4, Andrea Puccio and Francesca Tomasello participated as speakers in the course titled “Vulnerability. Profiles of a concept between the supranational dimension and applications in Domestic Criminal Law.”
The institutional event was promoted by Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and Cassa Forense, with the financial support of the Italian Ministry of Justice – Department for Justice Affairs, with the aim of raising awareness among legal professionals on the topic of vulnerability, from a perspective of internationalization of criminal law.
The course was part of a broader program of meetings held throughout 2024, addressing current and complex legal issues, with contributions from distinguished speakers.
In particular, Andrea Puccio and Francesca Tomasello took part in the module dedicated to corporate criminal liability in the environmental sector, presenting a paper titled: “The Adequacy of the Sanctioning System for Entities: reflections from the dirty waste case.”
