Martina Bignone
Graduated with full marks in Law at the University of Milan “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore”.
Admitted to the Milan Bar.
She joined the Law Firm in 2023, after four-years experience in a boutique specialized in Criminal Law, especially in White Collar Crimes.
She gained experience – on both the judicial and extrajudicial fronts –in several areas related to White Collar Crimes matters, focusing on environmental crimes, tax crimes, bankruptcy crimes, and on corporate administrative liability for criminal offences under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
As a member of the Firm’s 231 Team, she focuses on the development, review and update of Organizational, Management & Control Models.
