Carola Panicali
Graduated cum laude in Law at the University of Cagliari. Admitted to the Cagliari Bar.
She supported, for eighteen months, a judge of the Court of Cagliari, at the same time collaborating with the University of Cagliari Criminal Law Chair, chaired by Professor Giovanni Cocco. In 2018, she has been nominated “subject expert”.
She joined the Firm in 2020, after a two-year experience at a leading boutique specialising in Economic and Business Criminal Law.
She has gained experience in the judicial and non-judicial assistance of clients with particular reference to crimes against property and corporate fraud, crimes against the Public Administration and public faith, as well as crimes against the person.
